Swart is a proven leader with over 15 years of experience in product, technology, operational, and financial leadership roles, with over five years of experience in transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. In her role at Employbridge, Swart spearheads revenue operations and analytics. Since joining the company last year, she has focused on building a new revenue operations team. Her strategic vision and leadership have significantly enhanced Employbridge's position as an industry leader.
