In his new role, Held will drive the execution of our product and digital strategies, with a focus on technology-driven value creation.

Held joins Employbridge following a remarkable career journey that includes leadership roles at Smurfit Westrock, Nike, and The Home Depot. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Digital Product Management & User Experience (UX) at Smurfit Westrock, where he built the company’s digital product practice from the ground up, driving growth and enhancing customer experiences for a global organization with over $38 billion in annual revenue.
